This is an awesome book. Actually, the CD is all you really need. The CD covers the national test and every single area of AZ real estate (and other state specific tests). The book is AZ specific, but, from the CD, you can choose state specific tests. The states included on the CD are, Texas, California, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Georgia, and New Jersey. You can ditch the book and just use the CD. Just kidding, if you’re studying for your AZ real estate license, you should keep both. The book provides valuable information and tests for AZ sales exam and very good test taking info for any one studying for their license and great website links. If you’re in AZ or either of the noted states, the CD fully covers all areas of study for your state test. Definitely worth the money. Good luck.

I bought this book for help with my upcoming real estate exam. I figured the CD ROM would be the best way for me to gauge my readiness and test physically at home while I had the opportunity to do my best. I was wrong.
Lets start with print quality! The book is cheaply made with print that occasionally fade through the deeper you get into the chapters. They waste a good portion of time and material on preparation for the exam. It’s my feeling that if you are unable to study and learn how to take exams then maybe you should consider picking up materials on that. It’s nice they included it but I would have liked more bulk on the exam itself instead of preparations.
As it turns out, the CD-ROM has some major defects. For Example; A question asks how many hours of class time you are required to complete to get your AZ Real Estate License… There was no correct answer so I just guessed a wrong answer knowing I’d see an reason later when I review. Only I didn’t expect it to say ….
The number of class hours a person must complete before being eligible to taking the real estate sales exam is
A. three.
B. 60.
C. six-hour boot camp class.
D. 24 hours every two years.
Correct answer, B. (which is listed as 60 hrs) The correct answer is 90 hours or class time.
Here is one directly from the CD-ROM with poor English…
If two agents have an issue with their commission, what they must do?
Although the correct answer this time was fine…. I was less concerned on “What they must do?” and more concerned with “when this author is going to go to English class or hire a proofreader!”
This is so much fun… here is another one from the CD-ROM (cover says a $35.00 Value! What a crock!

ANSWER EXPLANATION: C, Brokers are required by law to keep their records for five years.
It doesn’t even match!
So, who do I contact for a refund on this! I paid more than this is worth. Do not buy this at Retail price! Used price for $6.00-$12.00 – or maybe if you know enough that this is just extra help.
There are alternatives such as online testers with better quality and better books. Such a shame…. this could have been a better product. Just not worth the advertised amount here.
