When I bought my home I didn’t care that the owners loved it. I cared about the bottom line. I’m meeting with a Realtor today to sell. I’ve done my market research and have a pretty good ballpark figure to start with and a bottom line, so I hope to have a good chance of a fast turn around.
I really liked your video and your channel. If you need any help getting this video or channel exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.

Sellers are getting the message, though. Remember those days just a year or two ago when buyers were expected to bid up and then write a letter to the sellers explaining why they should be allowed to buy the place. I’m sure glad that idiocy is over.
Worth = What the market will pay. And now that the liar loans and sub-primes are gone, the market won’t bear very much.
see the problem here is that people always want something for nothing….they want to make money off the house so they will overprice it and wait for some smuck to come along and buy it
