I’v hae bought and Sold RealEstate in Pennsylvania and Seattle WA for the last 20 Years. And can not see how this could ever work! I returned the Book.

Certainly worth the money even if you don’t use the method.

While I haven’t utilized the methods he talks about here in the book in theory i know it could work. I wish i had this book two years ago when i was trying to flip a rehab home, it would have saved us a lot of money in holding costs.
