How can I get rid of my home fast?
February 28th, 2010 Pete I would like to get rid of my home quickly. I’ve seen some places advertised that buy homes from you direct. It seems to good too be true. I’m not looking to make a lot. Has anyone had experiance with going through one of these companies rather than a realtor?
Renting is out. We have mold and need a lot of updates.
I spoke to a realtor- he said it will take 2 months just to list.
