We are trying to buy a home and we do not have a real estate agent, the house we are wanting to buy is a FSBO, we have decided verbally on the sale price of the house. But we are wanting to know how to draw up a legal contract so that it can be sent to our loan agency.

Can I pay off a land contract in Arizona?

Pete I have a land contract that states all payments will be applied to future months payment. No where in the contract does it state that I can’t pay it off. Can the seller refuse payoff on the contract?
