Would the second wife of presenting a case of bigamy?
The husband of 18 years filed the annulment of the marriage of the reasons he was previously married and states that since I am the lawful wife, I have no right to any shares of marriage and wanted me out of my house I built Halper and that my name be removed from all land titles. Now I'm thinking of presenting a case of bigamy against him based on his own admission under oath in his affidavit in the presentation of nullity of marriage. Lawyers have opinions different on this, as some said that only the first wife can apply for bigamy.
It seems you need a better lawyer. See note below. If you are in the U.S., talk to your local county prosecutor or city law. Bigamy is a crime, and the prosecutor is supposed to be filing criminal charges. It seems that if I went through of a legal act of marriage with you, and admits that he knew he was married to another, has proved to be guilty of bigamy. As for the property, if you are in the U.S., who helped build and should give a solution. Treat it as a civil action, and part of the demand for their goods. If you can not get an attorney in your area smarter than you have had, try going to another county in your state so they are not "in bed with each other." I suspect that there is some collusion, for example, Lawyers who know him in the small rural county or something, or this would not be happening this way. Lawyers in a State may exercise the right at all county, and this sure sounds suspicious. I hope you did not have children with this idiot.
