AZ Land List is run from Cochise County, Arizona by Stormhaven Enterprises LLC, the small company behind Cochise Land Management, Sulfur Springs Land Management and Stronghold Precision Aerials. We own raw land here, we have built on it, and we got tired of answering the same questions one email at a time.

Where the data comes from

County assessor, treasurer, zoning and road layers published as open data by each county; the Arizona Department of Water Resources well registry; FEMA’s National Flood Hazard Layer; the Arizona Revised Statutes at azleg.gov. Nothing is scraped from behind a login, and every dataset we sell ships with a dictionary naming the source of each column.

How the site makes money

• County parcel packs, sold on the Land Data page.
• Amazon affiliate links on the gear page, disclosed there and in the footer.
• Referrals to our sister sites, which are themselves referral services to licensed contractors and a drone company. They are ours; we say so wherever they appear.

What it is not

Not a brokerage, not a law firm, not a surveyor, not an engineer. Every page that touches a statute or a county rule links to the source so you can check it, and you should.
