Everything on AZ Land List is general information about public records, Arizona statutes and land in Arizona. It is not legal, title, survey, engineering, tax or investment advice, and no professional relationship is created by reading it. Statutes and county rules change; verify with the source linked on each page before acting.

Data products

A purchase of a county pack is a licence for one business to use the file for its own research and marketing. The file may not be resold, sublicensed, or republished as a dataset or on a website in whole or substantial part. Mailing to owners listed in the file is unrestricted; calling, texting or emailing them is subject to the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and CAN-SPAM, and compliance with those is the purchaser’s responsibility.

The data is public record supplied as-is from the sources named in the data dictionary; errors in those sources will be in the file. Refunds within 7 days if the file does not open or does not match the dictionary. Monthly refreshes are provided for the month of purchase through the same download page.
