All manufactured homes, park models, containers and RVs placed on private parcels require a placement permit, and homes built before June 15, 1976 cannot be placed anywhere in the county; the 2012 Zoning Regulations include Rural Agricultural (RA), Suburban Ranch (SR) and R-1 through R-4 residential districts. ADWR designated the Ranegras Plain groundwater basin as Arizona's eighth AMA after groundwater levels fell more than 200 feet since the 1980s; the 2026 tax lien sale was February 25 and an over-the-counter list is sold for $75.
